About Real Homes

Helen Hoole Bolton – with over 20 years experience in the property market, Helen has been involved in real estate both in England and Mallorca. Having worked in commercial property in London, Helen moved to the North of England and managed the North West area for Black Horse Estate Agencies. This proved valuable experience not only in developing her management skills but dealing with the emotional and sometimes desperate situations connected with repossessions. Her relocation to Mallorca opened new horizons and Helen worked as a sales manager at Marriott Son Antem. From Marriott Helen moved to a local Estate Agents to continue negotiating and selling. Her love has always been property sales and Helen opened her own office in April 2003.
Helen’s personality shows in her true professionalism and integrity and her ambition is to provide a full service and to make the process of buying or selling a property hassle free. Helen has enlisted a team to offer total support to the client in providing financial and legal advice.

Ian Hoole has worked in Sales most of his life. Yachts were what brought him to the Island and Ian had a strong career in yacht sales before Real Homes Mallorca expanded to a point that Ian joined Helen’s team. He has quickly adjusted to the sale of property and has a good eye for a property with potential. As with all of Real Homes staff, after care is a strong point with Ian and he is frequently found arranging everything from bills and builders to concert tickets for his many clients. Ian is a fun but reliable member of the team who always has time for the many clients he now calls friends.

Shelley Coplen started at Real Homes in the summer of 2006 with a position of admin assistant. Shelley has learnt the Real Estate business with a hands on approach helping Ian and Helens clients with their sales and dealing with the many Internet enquiries.
2007 saw Shelley joining the sales team and putting her new knowledge and sales experience into practice. Shelley has lived on the Island for many years, so has good local knowledge and speaks fluent Spanish.
