Illetas is a small resort along the coastline between Bendinat and San Agustin in southwest Mallorca.
Just ten minutes west of Palma and twenty minutes from Palma airport, Illetas is an excellent choice in which to make your property investment.
There are a number of smart apartment blocks in Illetas, many of which have pools and sumptuous sea views. Nowhere in Illetas is more than a ten-minute walk to the beach.
The beaches of Illetas are pretty and are well served with facilities. The larger of the two main beaches has a great beach bar and a number of other small cafes together with a few fabulous shops. There is also a holistic massage centre which you can retire to when you have had quite enough of the sun.
At the end of the day, the beautiful people arrive to take up residence in the restaurants and dine al fresco while the sun goes down.
The smaller of the two main beaches is slightly more secluded with pine trees and just one small mobile café.
For such a small resort, Illetas is served with one of the best public transport systems this side of Palma. The No. 3 bus leaves Illetas for Palma every 7 minutes and is well used by everyone.
